A five-week long summer concert series held every Thursday beginning June 24th and runs through July 22nd in Beautiful Wenatchee, WA.
Over The Past Six Years… more than $65,500 DONATED
We are happy to announce that after the 2019 RLS Productions’ summer concert series over $65,500 has been raised and donated for the Wenatchee Valley College Foundation. RLS Productions’ endowment account awards annual scholarships to students in need at WVC.
We could not have accomplished this without the help of all our Sponsors, Supporters, Volunteers our great RLS Productions’ stage crew, the bands that come in at reasonable rates, and out of town guests visiting the Wenatchee Valley to attend our series.
What happened to RLS Productions' Concerts In The Gardens???
RLS Productions' Concerts on the Campus has taken the place of RLS Productions' Concerts in the Gardens for the summer 2021. Concerts in the Gardens new venue, address and WEEKEND schedule is being developed and will be announced this summer. In the meantime the new Thursday series RLS Productions' Concerts On The Campus at Wenatchee Valley College has a long term plan to keep the series at the new Mike Hollis Field soccer venue and to continue to support STUDENTS IN NEED with annual scholarships along with the other objectives to increase mid-week tourism for our Wenatchee Valley as a whole..

The field can be found while travel west on 5th Street just past the main Wenatchee Valley College administrative buildings on the right and directly across from Sage Hills Church 1601 - 5th Street Wenatchee, WA
Mike Hollis Field is the newest addition to the complex of soccer field in the Wenatchee Valley with PLENTY of PARKING. Hollis Field is easily accessible from 5th Street in Wenatchee, WA 98801
Admittance
into Event
- ALL GUESTS MUST check in at the main front gate before
admittance into the event and receive an event wristband. Front gates is the main entrance into the soccer field.
- Please have a positive ID available for the front gate
personnel if you do not have a ticket and are on the Will Call list.
Food
and Beverages
- Due to City/County Codes guests MAY NOT bring food and/
or beverage items into the concert venue during event. This includes outside
food, drinks, open and/or sealed water bottles or non-alcoholic or
alcoholic beverages.
- Guests must dispose of the
unauthorized items prior to entering the concert venue. Guest Services will not
check-in or store any food or beverage items.
**** Caterer will offer a diverse selection of beer and wine
and non-alcoholic beverages and food offerings available for purchase beginning
at 5pm.
Refunds do to cancellation or rescheduling events due to Acts of God
If the event or events are cancelled or have to be rescheduled due to Acts of God or challenges like that of the Covid 19 pandemic; the tickets face value may be refunded if desired. Charges related to shipping are not refundable. ALL SHOWS ARE RAIN or SHINE no refunds.
Chairs/Lawn
Blankets
- NO lawn chairs of any type may be brought into the
facility.
- Blankets may not be laid out on
the lawn areas. We set chairs for all our ticketed guests.
- With exception of special needs wheelchairs, no chairs
of any sort may be brought into the event.
Children and Guests under 2 years
of age
- Due to the nature of these events; for the most part
this is an adult series with occasional attendance of children.
- For General Admission seating
attendance, children under 2 years of age do not need a ticket. If
no tickets are purchased the child or children are required to sit on the
lap of the adult or guardian and are to not interfere with another guest’s
seat, attending guests or the event.
- For the safety of all our
guests and due to limited space, the venue does not offer a children’s
playing area at the concert venue.
- Full price tickets are required
for children three years and older attending a regular concert
performance.
- For Reserved seating, if you want your child to sit in
the reserved seat area, the child must be ticketed no matter what show you
are attending.
Saving Seats for Friends or Family
- There is absolutely NO SAVING OF SEATING for Friends or
Family or other guests in the General Admission areas. Please do not
ask for permission or attempt this activity. All General Admission
seating is first come first served seating.
- Reserved Seating guests cannot reserve general
admission seating for any guests. Please do not ask for permission
or attempt this activity.
Parking
- If
you are attending with other guests, we highly suggest carpooling and
arriving early if possible. Our gates open at 5pm.
- Special Needs Parking is available.
- ALL guests
must check in at the front gate to receive wristbands BEFORE parking. All Special Needs cars MUST have a Special Needs decaled on the vehicle plate or hanging from rear view mirror.
